Born in K.C. MO., we roamed around a lot. We lived in L.A., Santa Fe, Houston, and now, I live in NYC. I was formerly a Black Nationalist, then a Marxist-Leninist, then anarchist, now I'd say I'm more a Libertarian-socialist.
I worked with the Black Fist collective in Houston and we put Black Fist, an anarchist 'zine that focused on people of color. The Clarance Brandley Coalition, did police brutality work as well.
Later, I hosted and produced a political hip-hop radio show called Street Vibe for 5 years in the 90s.
